(This doesn't really fit anywhere else, so ... desk of the commish it is!)
With the move to the new website, we need a new slogan. We need something that will encapsulate our ideals: fantasy baseball is fun, and part of the fun of fantasy baseball is complaining about fantasy baseball.
So, I'll throw out the first suggestion --
Fantasy Hurler: the Angry Whopper of reasoned baseball analysis

A few weeks back, I actually came up with a new Hurler slogan, which you can find in a few odd places around the Net where our site is listed: A little bit of fantasy baseball news, a whole lot of fantasy baseball blues.
Cheesy? Sure. But I thought it was catchy, too.
The problem is our front page and banner are now too damn crowded to fit a slogan in with everything else going on.
Unless, of course, someone could come up with a really, really, really good one ...

One thing's for sure, Spike: That's a very accurate representation of how fantasy baseball makes me feel some times!
True story -- one of the first logo ideas I had for this site was a baseball throwing up. We couldn't pull it off. Also, it might have been a bit too disgusting, even though that was definitely one of the several intended meanings of the "Hurler" part of our name.
